They are probably located in a secret government agency or buried in something similar so that no one will be able to figure out how he did it. There is too much money that can be extorted from the masses to purchase energy. Tesla did have a way to do FREE energy. That is probably why there is so little about him in mainstream science by comparison to other scientists. And yet, much of what we have that works today is because of Tesla and AC current.

There is a long string of single-family homes along the ocean-front Strand in Venice, and some are very eccentric and architecturally interesting. One comically has a flower box sized strip of grass in front and a sign proudly declaring it to be the world's smallest front yard. It's a densely populated area with a lot of houses and apartment complexes in the blocks between Speedway and Pacific (West to East) and on the numbered streets from Venice down to Marina Dey Rey. Only a portion of the homes in this stretch actually face the beach, but many have glimpses of the ocean from some window or perch. A few blocks back from the beach there are houses along the lovely Venice Canals. That area has this romantic boho-beach sort of vibe. It's a very expensive area, but it tends to be less pretentious and to attract a lot of creative types. Some of the largest houses in that area are actually in neighboring Marina Del Rey along the Grand Canal. Abbott Kinney has had a kooky-creative appeal with a lot of trendy restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and boutiques (like Skylark!!!), and during the warmer months there's a very popular "First on Friday" event. Even though this neighborhood lacks views, it's still highly desirable. Small, older homes on Electric Avenue (parallel to AK) would sell for a fraction of their cost in other parts of the country. Rose Avenue to Lincoln is lined mainly with older one-story houses. They're within skateboarding / biking distance to the beach. If you're sincerely interested in writing about Venice I definitely recommend doing research beyond just asking questions on here so you can portray it more authentically. There's an array of resources out there from books, websites, pop culture, movies and TV shows. The first rule of writing is actually to simply write something others are going to want to read. The setting of your story isn't nearly as important as the plot and dialogue. If every writer only wrote about locations where they'd lived and matters they had first-hand experience in, then literature would have been deprived of some of the greatest works of fiction. And yeah, you are going to want to work on your writing skills..... Good luck! ~ skylark : )

Any area along the coast can be a beach house. It really doesn't matter where in Venice. There are basic rules in book writing. One of the MOST IMPORTANT is if you don't what you're writing about, don't include it. It's going to look obviously fake and no writing is going to take you seriously. Even if you're writing cartoons, they have to follow that rule, unless it's for parody purposes.

If you don't know the area, don't write about it. People can tell the the story is hocky. Venice is a small little area... pretty much all the houses would be called "beach houses".
