Is there a safe way to hide my supplier from my employees? Topic: Drafting business plan

Question: Hi, I have a business a small business rather, I just started this month. Im already done hiring employees, an order processor the one who process orders, sending invoices and etc and also a customer care representative who can guide them if they have difficulties in ordering. I created my business only in Facebook and expected to grow next year.I've planned everything to make it successful and will be making a website intended for this business so probably ill be hiring employes by then. My problem is probably next year the 1st or 2nd sem ill be back to school to continue my studies but i might dont have enough time to calculate the total orders, profit, other cost and lastly dealing with my suppliers. Im planning to hire someone just a contractor who can deal with my suppliers and calculate overfees. Im quite hesitant because he/she will deal to my suppliers im not buying with them in wholesale I always only order in retail but sometimes in wholesale im afraid that he/she might also build the same business and order also to my suppliers. Is there any other way where my employee cant know the my supplier/company name but can talk to them regarding the fees of my orders like an email but she/cant see the email address? or maybe an expert employye intended to promises to hide supplier's informations? if there is such what is the job title for that? Thank u very much!!!!

If this is a REAL business, and you are making MONEY, you need to go to an attorney, and discuss this with them. Off the top of my head, the only solution I can think of is having employees sign a non-compete/non-disclosure agreement. This contract will forbid them from competing with you, or disclosing your business secrets to anyone else, up to X amount of years after they leave your company. DO NOT just google it and try to find a generic copy online. You NEED an attorney to draft one that is legally binding, and suits your needs. For example, I think a non-compete/non-disclosure agreement cannot ban someone from competing with you for life. It can only go up to a certain amount of years, and only an attorney in your state would know the laws for this.

there's a piece of paper with all my extra predominant data on it. Its hidden in a field in my closet. you must uncover the important thing to open my field, the bottom line is in a further field within the closet, within that field has 3 extra bins within the opposite. The last field is included by means of the quality in safety tech: a thermal senor, weight sensor, and a biometric reader. It wasn't affordable however I protects my stuff particularly good. do not attempt to reduce it, thats my ammo closet you are status in. you do not wish to blow your self up, correct? And you are not able to eliminate it both. Its bolted down and particularly heavy. And has hidden surprises for you. and I'd endorse you to get a forklift for those who wish to open the massive field with all my predominant stuff within the closet. you would additionally wish a few laser armor and dragon epidermis Kevlar vest. And ensure you are no longer grounded, I do not understand how to restrict my surprise generator's voltage. Apparently they do not promote resistors rated for two,500,000 volts.

You can't. Just get someone reliable in that employee position. I'm new at where I work and I've already done billing and know credit card information for over 30 different companies we work with. They trust me in this position and I would not abuse it.

How will they react? They will say something along the lines of "fake news liberal media" while they read Breitbarf on their phones.
