What are you talking about, the mistakes are being repeat it dially. This is an ending quest in humanity; that is until we start telling each other you are responsable for this or you are responsable for that. (example: Hitler was responsable for the extermination of millions of Jewish people so it has been right to tell the Germans you were responsable for this atrocity, instead of hiding the sun with one finger we should go to the point and point out this and that to each other and bring it to the open, then and only then we history will not repeat.

In my personal opinion I think that everyone makes mistakes and most people never learn from them. This can also be said about generations after these mistakes occur. Look at the world wars that have happened, all the terrorist attacks on places which have happened though out history. The governments all promise things that will change what has happened (learn for mistakes that have happened and try to fix them) but in the end they are only making the same mistakes just in a different way but with the same outcome. In short: humans will never learn from their mistakes thus making history (mistakes) repeat themselves over and over and it will go on like that until the end of humans.

Yes, especially if we do not learn from these mistakes that were alternate decisions we could have made to prevent a disaster in the first place. One of the easiest examples would be the aftermath of World War I and its effects and how it handed over on a silver platter the next generation to war because of the lack of each country to take responsibility for their own actions . Instead they shifted the responsibility onto a bankrupt war stagnating economy in Germany , the lack of equanimity among the Allies themselves concerning Wilson's fourteen Points and the brazen arrogancy to say that only Germany could have been blamed for initiating the war because other countries did promote the neo colonialism of the day by their imperialistic ambitions on the less fortunate countries in which basically are now the makeup of the third world.

My history teacher said some wise words. The only thing we really learn from history, is that we don't learn from history. This shows as well.

That is a ridiculously broad question that doesn't have any real answer. I'm guessing this is some kind of homework assignment, in which case you should do it yourself.
