Am I wasting my time? Do I have any chance at all? What do you think I should do?

Am I wasting my time? Do I have any chance at all? What do you think I should do? Topic: Writing a research question middle school

Question: I'm a 20 yr male who dropped out of college for severe personal issues, and am asking this question here because of strained relationship with parents and no friends. My goals are to write a book, (already have a detailed plot), and to lose enough weight to try out for arena football league. I'm 6' 2'', with wide shoulders, and currently at 287 lbs, was 355 last Christmas, and my goal is 220 by July. I'm doing this because the last time I felt happy was playing football at recess and catching the ball. I know I can catch, I've always had good hands and have always been both strong and built solid,(especially considering I never worked out before all this.) I want to play Tight End. By far I'm most confident in my hands. I'm still pretty fat, but I have a exercise program that I increase every workout, including using both a treadmill, and lifting. I played in middle school as a linemen, but had to quit in football because I was too fat. But multiple times people have said my body build is made for football, so my body can handle it. I know my chances of getting to the NFL are slim even if I get the most fit I've ever been, but just trying out for and making an AFL team would be awesome to me. I've been researching the arena football league and I know each team has open tryouts to anyone every summer. My only concern is if I'll be physically ready by then. Sorry if this is rambling on, its just that this subject is really important to me and this makes me anxious. Thanks

No arena football team has an open try out, fatso. You send a football resume with a request to try out. Then it's don't call them, they'll call you. Since you have no football resume you won't be one of the 40-45 players at the try outs. "355 last Christmas"? LOL! I bet you were in high demand to play Santa Claus. You should have stayed at 355 lb. Then you'd be a shoo in for FB (fat boy). LOL! NFL? LOL! Your chance of NOT making the NFL is as fat as your аss. LMAO! Are you on the meth, losing all the weight you did so fast and being so delusional? LMFAO! Moron! Fool! Nerd!

Hey, try out anyway. There is no shame in showing up for tryouts and being rejected, either. You showed up where others did not, you know? But why not go for it? Just making the team would be cool, but, if not, apply for a job with the team anyway as assistant trainer or waterboy or equipment guy! I know a lot of former high school football players who actually joined the university marching band in order to get into the game and onto the playing field, as well as former high school football players who did not make the university team but had jobs in the Athletic department in charge of stats, uniforms, equupment, training, and supplies for all the university athletic teams such as baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's volleyball, soccer, women's softball, water polo teams, and the swim teams. Even getting a job with the team as an assistant trainer or equipment person would be a fun job! Try out, yes, Meanwhile, go for a job at a gym or a health club where you can work out all winter long, so when it is time for spring training, you will be ready. Good luck!

If you don't try out, sometime in the future you'll be regretting it. Remember, actions speak louder than word.

I have been going through the same exact thing thinking y is it so imperitive for my man to go out every weekend and come home late and when im pissed and texting him he doesnt respond not there 4 me when i lost someone as well. Personally i think he has someone else that he is seeing and im leaving him. If he only wants to be out then y be with him if he cant support me in anything or even be around .

i really hate to say this but it would better for you if you do break up with him. it clear that you're not happy and that he doesn't care. and since your in a long distance relationship and he is out all the time he may be cheating on you. but if were you i would break up with him, you will be a lot happier and you will be able to search for someone new without fear of him going off. im really sorry about your loss and i hope you're ok from it. if you want to talk you can add me on myspace or facebook, just leave me a messege and i'll send you my url.
