What would happen in this situation? Topic: How to write a fight scene in first person
May 26, 2019 / By Jackalyn
Question: I'm writing a story so this is totally hypothetical. But if my character gets in a fight with another character who brings a knife to the fight (the main character is unarmed), and the MC gets stabbed badly (ends up in the hospital afterwards) but he ends up killing the guy who brought the knife (he would kill him after getting stabbed), what would happen? Since he was unarmed and got stabbed first would it be charged as self defense? And if he's in the hospital being treated for the stab wound how would the cops come? Thanks

Your character will be talked to about the death and what transpired. Being it was self defense, would not be charged. Once a person is dead, then a report is taken, a knife at the scene, with blood on it, a bleeding wound, a small trail of blood, all this means someone is seeking Medical Attention, all Hospitals are notified to be on the look out for??

nothing if they found out after you get the loan and the car. if they find out before, of course they will deny your loan. However the fine print does state that if you knowingly falsify information you could be prosecuted, but who doesn't lie to get what they want. My only advise would be to make sure you can actually afford the note, beause my aunt lied to get a house, and every month she struggles to make the note because she lied.

They could call in the loan and repossess the car, then press charges for fraud. That said, few lenders check those things but I'd never suggest you do that.

If the bank attempts to verify employment or income, and you lied, they obviously won't give you the loan. Sometimes you can juice your income without them checking. If you are asking whether they will pursue legal action if you lied, no, they won't bother, they just won't give you the loan.

It depends upon where this story takes place. Local laws may vary. So, if you can identify the jurisdiction in which this event would be taking place, perhaps you'll get more specific answers.

Hmmm.... If they have a relative or friend who they lost touch with in a sort of bad way (such as their dad leaving the family and never sending birthday cards or calling them), then he/she could be at the apartment waiting. Or, Marylyn has some sort of outrageous pet. Like a tarantula, or a huge snake, or a monkey. I don't know... o.O; Or maybe Marylyn's newest hobby is something so completely out there that Colette can't believe it. Maybe there's death metal stuff (instruments, apparel, posters) laying everyone. Or a hardcore gamer setup.
