Online surveys -- even the legitimate ones -- will pay no more than $5 per survey, and you'll be lucky if you qualify for 2 surveys a month. Waste of time Here are the main ways you can earn money from the Internet: 1. Sell products on the Web - You can either sell: (a) through your own storefront through your own website or applications such as Yahoo Stores; or (b) sell through online auctions like eBay http://www.ebay.com  http://www.amazon.com  2. Information Delivery. Others such as About.com create content and monetize their content in a number of ways: a. Advertising - there are several ways you can earn money from advertising: 1. Join an advertising network. Advertising networks are organizations that aggregate Web sites that offer advertising space, and sell banner ads (and other advertising options) across them. Traffic requirement is often a minimum of 5,000 monthly impressions, although many do not accept sites hosted by free page services. Burst Media http://www.burstmedia.com ValueClick http://www.valueclickmedia.com Advertising.com. http://www.advertising.com Tribal Fusion http://www.tribalfusion.com 2. Participate in contextual advertising networks. Contextual advertising are text ads delivered based on the content of the web page using an automated system. Google Adsense https://www.google.com/adsense/ Kontera http://www.kontera.com Chitika http://www.chitika.com Bidvertiser http://www.bidvertiser.com/ 3. Sell advertising for your site directly. This is admittedly a more difficult route for a small business site wanting to earn advertising revenues. But hey, as they say: "no pain, no gain!" b. Affiliate Programs - you sell other people's products that your audience may be interested in; and you get a certain commission after the desired action was done (whether a sale, a lead, subscription to email newsletter, or however this is defined) Paid online content. Hoovers.com or WebmasterWorld.com Supporters forum all require paid subscription before accessing the information

If you want to work from your computer at home, you are probably going to have to do it as a business owner, rather than as an employee. There are no online work-at-home "jobs". When you apply for a job offline, in the bricks and mortar world, do you have to pay anything? Of course not. It should be the same in the online world. If you are asked to pay any money, at best, it is a business opportunity, but more likely it is just a scam. Be very careful that you don't get scammed. I do affiliate marketing online. I've been doing it for a year and I'm getting ready to quit my regular job, as I am now making over $10k per month. It takes dedicated work, at minimum a small amount of initial working capital, decent organizational skills, and persistence, but you can make a living at it if you stick with it. But that is a business. If you want something easy, with no investment, you could probably make $500 to $1000 per month getting paid by companies to write postings on blogs about their products. That's about the only legitimate way that I know of to earn money online without any investment. Good luck to you.

Online surveys are a waste of time. You need to look into Internet Marketing. IM is a covers a broad range of ways to make money online; - Affiliate Marketing - List Building - Blogging - Adsense - CPA The list goes on and on. Please visit a place called the WarriorForum. Read lots and ask lots of questions. This place is the place to go to learn how to legitimately make good money online. I know this because I am a Internet Marketer, i quit my JOB a long time ago.

After writing a freeware PC game that was mildly popular, I didn't want to use Adsense, so signed up for the Big Fish Games "My Game Space"/"PNP" program. http://www.rewardfish.com (Big Fish Games is an online publisher of casual computer games. Puzzle games, hidden object games, simple arcade games etc.) I put just one ad on my site, a link to the free page I set up using the company's tools. That was two months ago, and just based on that link, 493 people have entered my "network" and whenever any of them buy a game from Big Fish Games I get 25% of the purchase price. The company remembers that I referred them and I get 25% of their purchases for life. Also, if any one of them signs up for the program like I did, and starts making 25% like I am now... then I also make 25% of their 25%. This is turning out to be the majority of my profits from the program. 25% of 25% (AKA 6.5%) might not seem like a lot, but when thousands of customers are involved, it really adds up! I am currently making about $5.00-$6.00 a day on average. Not much, but it's increasing rapidly. Amazing profits for the amount of work I put into it. The best thing about the program is that it doesn't have a "sleazy" feel to it. People download the game demos from Big Fish Games and if they like them, they can pay for them. There's no trickery involved. If you have a site visited by people interested in casual games, or have access to a lot of people interested in games, this program is perfect.
