I got stuck in set two maths for a little while a few years ago. I just sat at the front, kept putting my hand up and showing I was really keen. I made sure the teacher knew that the work wasn't challenging enough for me and I wanted to do well in maths. In the assessment at the end of the term, I beat half of the people in set one, so I got moved up and have been there ever since. And I got one of the highest marks for the actual GCSE... So basically, keep hinting that you like the subject and show that you can't reach your full potential in that class. Try and get on the teachers good side so when there is a place in the higher sets, they will automatically pick you. Good luck! :) Oh, and 'friend' doesn't have two 'd's, and 'friends' doesn't have two 's's

Perhaps ask her to name an authoritative book or style guide that she wants you to follow. Then do what it says, and you'll have backup to compare yours with.

I agree. The ACCEPTED "source" is APA. I know because I had to do it more times than I care to think about. The bad part is I think your teacher IS being a tad picky, but, if she can show you the correct way to cite it, learn and move on. When you write in college, they will want it in APA. Nice part is you can d/l most APA formats from Microsoft and get a template Pretty simple

He could nicely be attempting to be somewhat greater strict with you for concern that others will think of he's being too nice. you recognize how childrens in severe college can get whilst they think of they "see" some thing. it must be unfold around the college in a remember of minutes that your cousin is passing you and letting you do in spite of you prefer b/c you're proper. He could nicely be afraid that it will forestall him from getting different sub jobs. i could seek advice from him approximately it, extremely through fact the finished notice difficulty seems somewhat accessible. consistent with hazard you will get his element of the tale. If no longer the rest, strategies your p's and q's purely in case he feels a could desire to proceed making use of you as an occasion.

Well for starters, it would be "My best friend* is getting the highest level." Just try writing your teacher an essay on why you should be in a higer level, if she/he doesn't suggest anything for you. It could quite possibly change her/his mind.

I think you already have a plan. I would go to the teacher, if she does not contribute to the project. Don't sweat it, unless your teacher is not very understanding. In a case where my teacher is not very understanding, i would go the the principal.

Sorry, The Only Way This Is Going To Go Away Is Practice. I Also Get Very Nervous Talking To Classes, To Anyone I Don't Know Expecially. I Sometimes Get A Horrible Gut Feeling That Makes Your Stomach Feel Like It Has Sunk Down To Your Legs And I Just Want To Walk Out Of The Room Or Be Out Of Sight. I Then Get Really Hot And Go Really Red. It Used To Be Worse But It's Getting Better, I Am Too In The Middle Of My GCSE's Year 11 BTW. So Keep Trying And Trying Stick It Out!
