Question: My uper body is some what developed but the problem is i have a belly in the middle.Compate to my upper body my legs look thin but if i lose my bely every thing would look bigger.I do 500LB leg press and also do good in leh extentions like 180lb or more.My legs look like a merathon runner.They are like burned.I swim jug and do cardio.Should i stop jauging or runnin or any running machines.What to do.

Let's work on the belly first. If you lose that weight, you legs will look proportionately bigger too. You might try sprinting rather than jogging. It doesn't have to be much. When I was in high school we used to run wind sprints and it really packed on the muscle to the upper legs. Wind sprints train your body to have what is called fast twitch muscles.( Muscles that are better suited for sprinting than distance). And that is the type of training you have to do to get large legs. Watch sprinters on TV. The guys who compete in the 100m dash or the 200m dash have huge legs and it comes from sprinting. Sprinting is also the fastest way to get in shape when it comes to running because the intensity is there. I hope this little dissertation has helped.=)

run for an hour at minimum pace, then do an incline up and down by way of the minute for the following hour as much as ten deg., then run once more going quicker by way of the minute after which settle down. Worked for me. Dieting is my Waterloo.
