How can i i get my six pack? Topic: Watch case storage
July 20, 2019 / By Bradley
Question: Ive been doing everything. Cardio, abb workouts, and eating healthy. It is forming, but i have a bit of fat below it that throws it off. And there could be less fat where it actually is. What should I do? and how long will it take? And how often should I do the carido and workouts? Also, I eat a lot of cereal. Is that bad? Okay, don't eat lots of sugars, but what about natural sugars like in fruits? And how ofter should I do the ab exercises b/c someone told me rest is just as important.. They said it should be done every other day for the most efficiency

hey kev. your working out thats great! heres the deal; the stomach is basically the last place you lose fat. and the abs are there but even without the ab workouts its the fat thats the issue. you CANNOT pinpoint fat loss. any muscle you workout will burn fat.... ANYWHERE! easiest way to lose the pounds? work the legs!!! yeah man the legs. how much muslce is down there? tons! so do some weighted squats but watch your form. now do about 15 minutes of cardio after the workout and eat after that. eat healthy like youve been doing and often, small meals all day? yeppers your body will melt the fat off because if the foods comin in theres no need for fat storage! cereal? sugary cereal? if thats the case is dont even need to say it..... i know its sooooo goood but any sugar makes it that much longer of a process. now cereal with fiber..... that makes you **** more. why? cuz it speeds up your metabolism!!!! just as small meals often do!!! see the pattern!?!?!?\ so heres the gist. your more likely to lose fat and get a sixpack my working your legs than working your abs. just the way it is. anyone doesnt believe me ask any personal trainer. lose the sugar and eat alot. healthy as you have been. good luck bro! your on the right track!

How to get 6 pack abs without doing situps As a London Personal Trainer I often get asked how to develop a strong core and 6 pack stomach muscles. It seems that so many people are still practicing old exercises and cranking out hundreds of situps on a daily basis in the hope of reducing stomach fat and developing their 6 pack abs. Doing regular sit ups or crunches will not only give you back problems but doesn't really help in develping your core and revealing your stomach muscles. Our core / stomach muscles are more complex than you may think and need to be worked in three different planes of motion for optimal results. Doing regular situps and crunches is both unnatural and only addresses one plane of movement, and it's not very good at doing that. As well as taking the core / stomach muscles through 3 different planes of movement the body fat covering the abdominals must also be addressed. Forget the old wives tale about spot reducing fat, this simply isn't the case, hundreds of situps won't burn stomach fat - fat naturally comes off in layers from all over the body. The only way to reduce stomach fat is with a good total body exercise programme and by eating a healthy diet. Remember that we all have stomach muscles waiting to be seen under our belly fat but in order to increase their size and make them more visable they need to be trained like any other body part. So, a combination of the correct abdominal / core exercises, a healthy diet and a good all over body routine will bring your 6 pack abs out for all to see. I have found the following 6 exercises to be the best for stabalising your core and reducing potential back pain whilst bringing your abdominals / obliques to the surface. 1. The Side Plank - keep your hips inline, belly button in and maintain this postition for as long as possible. Start with 30 secs and increase up to 2 minutes over time. Breathe! 2. The Front Plank - keep your body in a straight line, belly button in and arms at 90 degrees. Start with 30 secs and increase up to 2 minutes over time. Breathe! 3. The Bird Dog - keep your back flat, belly button pulled in, thumb up and out at 45 degrees. Opposite leg goes straight back. Start with 6 reps on each side and work up to 3 sets of 12. 4. The Front Mountain Climber - in a press up position with you back flat and belly button pulled in bring your knee straight up to your chest. Breathe out as you do so and contract your abdominals as if you were being punched in the stomach. Take leg back and repeat. Start with 6 on each side and work up to 3 sets of 12. 5. The Outside Mountain Climber - as above but drop your hips slightly and bring your knee to the outside of your elbow. Squeeze the side of your stomach, your obliques, together as if being folded in half sideways. 6. The Inside Mountain Climber - as with the above mountain climber but bring your knee across and squeeze the side of your stomach muscles (obliques). Perform all these exercises 3 times a week along with your regular workout for the ultimate strong core and the highly ellusive six pack stomach muscles. Good luck and enjoy your new abs!!

Cereal is empty. But really the key is not cardio. Abs require exercises that you MUST due VERY OFTEN to keep them there. They are just a group of muscle that girls dig, nothing more nothing less. I maintain my 6 pack by doing ab exercises at least twice a day. Depends how far you wanna go, but and obviously it takes time so be patient. Also be confident. I dont worry about it as much now since I find that I dont use them (Parkour) so I mostly work everything else, but ofcourse it looks good when you have it. So good luck!

I consider it is determined by the character lol... There on the whole is not one right option to reply this. As so much as I are not able to deny that the six-percent is attractive, should you wouldn't have a excellent character that is going with it the attraction is undoubtedly transitority. Flat belly or beer stomach is on the whole the equal. Although females will say that a guy with a killer frame is well watching (which is correct), we can grow to be identifying the person that has the guts, the excellent character, the mind, the honesty, and so forth... earlier than for the reason that the person with the six-percent.... when you've got all the ones features and a six-percent good vigour to you lol... But ya, I bet my reply summed up might be that each girl has their possess selection and that ultimately the connection with the intention to final would possibly not be established on a six-percent or some thing of the type... Hope this is helping

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fk_usVg7Fp0 FOllow the video, and consume, as much protein possible, trust me this works, i use this, and so does my dad, its a killer workout. good luck PS the key is to work every stomach muscle in your body, from all angles and ways to workout and strengthen them all, sit ups might work but youll get much better results expanding your work out. ****CONSISTENCY****** and you actually get most of your strength from your stomach, because it is the center and is the core strength of your body, so its a great part of your body to make sure you maintain but remember every other muscle is as just as important

Things You'll Need Sleeping bag, blankets, or sufficient layers of clothing Mat or cardboard to sleep on (optional) Money (including change for laundromat) Bottle of water (keep the bottle) Large backpack Small handbag (optional) Good trainers or boots Socks "Travel" sewing kit Changes of underwear Toothbrush and toothpaste Pads/tampons Washcloth and/or soap Map Small flashlight (and extra batteries) Lighter (optional) Extra food (that doesn't need to be cooked) Can opener (for canned foods) Tent Garbage bags Small weapon, such as a knife/pepper spray (guns are not recommended) Pillow Diary (optional) Credit/debit card (for emergencies only!) Hat Umbrella Two changes of clothes Coat or jacket Tips If you don't plan on going back, dye your hair in a handicapped or private bathroom (not the kind with stalls, but only one room) and cut it also. Wear clothes different than the ones you left in so your parents can not identify you. (You can leave wearing really simple clothes to not arouse suspicions, and change into the better, conservative clothes.) Don't carry a picture of your family; you're likely to get upset and go back home. Visit a church, mission, or public library for warmth, or an internet cafe for the internet. You could update the hardships of street life on a blog to pass the time. Research runaway shelters in your state and neighboring states. Do not bring friends along with you. They can slow you down and make it easier for the cops to track you. Plus, it's harder feeding two. Try talking to difficult parents, telling a social worker or trusted parents about abusive parents, and releasing any stress your family members have imposed on you before you ever even think seriously about this. Figure out where you are going to go and do some research: look for cheap areas, homeless-teen shelters, etc. But realize that any legitimate shelter will ask why you are not at home, etc. Your story needs to seem real and desperate. Newspapers are one of the warmest insulating materials available, take advantage of this cheap material and stuff your sleeping bag and clothes with them; and if you're living in a field or urban area, you might burn them later if you have a lighter/matches. Debit or credit cards should be brought, but only just in case. Take one that won't be noticed as missing, and use it only in absolute emergencies (if you run out of cash and there are not other options). Then get far away because it can be tracked fast and easily. Never use it on transportation or for a place to stay because it can tell authorities where you are going, even in taxis. For transport, buy tickets or pay with cash. Always think of a better solution than running away. You may just need to talk to your birth/foster parents, if they are not too out of control, dangerous, drinking and using drugs. Remember, always be smart! Ladies, you may want to at least shave your legs. Shaving with a razor in a public restroom could take way too long. Bring some Nair or Veet or something similar. Most of them only take a few minutes to get the job done and they're a lot easier than razors in the long run. NOTE: There are many, many more ideas at the source below. Best of luck to you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
