To Kill a Mockingbird - Harper Lee
Analysis of Major Characters
the author shows jem growing by showing how he turned form a young boy that was rude to his young sister and only cared about football into a young boy that was adventurous, and a boy that defended the common good and his family.she also shows jem learning that some of the people around him were racist and somewhat ignorant
Scout- harper lee shows scout growing from a young playful tomboy who was one of the guys turning into a mature young lady who was still adventurous but spunky while trying to defend her father Atticus and the rest of her family.
Scout- Harper Lee showed scout learning by letting scout get to witness the racism of the angry mob against her father.
not really a thesis but here are some info
Dill- developed from being a playful adventurous boy into a young boy who saw the hate and ignorance around him in the town in which he thought was peaceful.
dill learned by seeing the racism and hate of macomb up close
