My boyfriend and I are both Cancers. Cancers are sensitive and crabby.....in the long run, would we work well together? Or would that get in the way?

Both of these individuals have a good memory, and the cause of their disagreements keep coming up time after time, as neither is of a forgiving and forgetting nature. The both of them, being romantics with domestic and sensitive characteristics, should find this to be a good basis for a happy relationship. The trouble in this case is that of excessive sensitivity which can lead them into trouble.
They both take words and actions to be literal truths, and that can mean some consistent pain and unrest for them. They tend to see themselves as martyrs, vastly giving individuals, and when one does not see this in the other, then the reaction is shock. They will waste a lot of time together, better spent on other things, in the middle of petty bickering and dredging up the past mistakes of the other.
If they can act and react in a more positive, mature manner, they will see just how much they really have together to be grateful for. After their arguments they are quick to reconcile. Both partners are so complex and emotional, they will have a hard time viewing life with a more realistic eye, and consequentially, their life together never quite lives up to the expectations of the other.
The intricate feelings of Cancer with Cancer could cause trouble sexually, because their desires rarely coincide with the other's feelings. Each will expect the other to adapt, and this can bring on more trouble.
Cancer In Relationships
You are sensitive and caring by nature, although you present a tough exterior to the world. You soon learn ways to protect your feelings, which run very deep and tender. As a lover you seek security and fidelity, and, although you are not above a few flirtatious peccadillos of your own, you can be deeply wounded if the one you care for betrays your trust (which is never given lightly). Cancer is poetic and romantic, but also practical in matters to do with the home and raising a family.
A good communicator, your deep sensitivity can present you with valuable and illuminating intuitions, especially regarding those you care for. This said, sensitive Cancerians under pressure can retreat within themselves and allow repressed emotions to bottle up until they either explode with devastating force, or implode catastrophically, causing general meltdown.
Cancer, a feminine (yin) sign, is ruled by the Moon. So in relationships, Cancer, the most nurturesome sign of the zodiac, seeks a secure nest, or bolthole. The fluctuating Moon can reflect a moodiness in your nature that is not always understood nor appreciated by others.
Cancerians can be difficult to understand and sometimes allow irrational emotions to rule their otherwise sensible heads. For this reason the Cancerian soul seeks to build strong walls around home and loved ones, so tender feelings may express themselves in an environment which is stable and secure.
Cancer is a cardinal sign, so you are best involved with someone who understands creativity and will accept you for what you are, moods and all. Because your emotions are so powerful, you seek a partner who is stable and responsive, while at the same time understanding your intermittent need for solitude, alternating with a gregarious desire for companionship and stimulation.
Cancer is protective, even possessive and can be a jealous lover, though more from insecurity than simple desire to dominate. Those who seek a loving, protective partner, who has wonderful bouts of creativity interspersed with dreamy romanticism, yet peppered with practicality need look no further than Cancer.

Here are a few ideas for you to research and some good articles for consideration.
There was a study done in Canada on an old native American tea. It worked wonders, doctors would send their patients there when they could do no more for them and they usually end up cured and then the doctors that had cancer would come in the back door of the clinic at night for their own treatment. It's called Essiac Tea and I personally have seen many people conquer cancer with it and before I ever let a doctor "practice" on me I'd trust God and use the natural things He gave us. I've seen too many doctors kill their patients by over "practicing" on them.
Also there has been alot of success with Tumeric.
Hope this helps. Sorry for your situation but there are alternatives!
CANCER AND CANCER
They have a lot in common, and that's the trouble. They understand each other perfectly and can wound each other without even trying. Both are too sensitive, too demanding, too dependent. Cancers are obsessively concerned with their emotional psyches: Each needs an enormous amount of attention, coddling, and reassurance, and resents the other for not giving enough. On the plus side, they're sensual bed mates whose erotic imaginations are sparked by each other. But that's rarely enough. This treadmill goes nowhere.

When two Cancerians come together in a love affair, a loving and yet very emotional domestic relationship ensues. A Cancer-Cancer match makes for a deeply devoted duo, endlessly loyal to one another. Both will learn the ins-and-outs of their partner, the best ways to heat each other up or, if necessary, to cool one another down. Both will also find great comfort and satisfaction in their underlying commitment to one another. This couple is faithful and caring, helpful and sympathetic of individual needs and very oriented toward making a home and creating a sense of family -- especially when they can get over their brooding, manipulative and self-pitying habits. If they can find a way to keep their fluid and moody emotions in check, this relationship will nurture both lovers.
A Cancer's place is in the home. Once safely entrenched in their personal sanctuary, the moody Crab may forget about the world outside, not paying mind to the opinions of others, only concerned with what's going on behind their own closed doors. This attitude carries over into relationships: Like their cherished possessions and material comforts, Cancer never hesitates to defend a loved one if threatened. This devotion and willingness to fight and toil for the survival and success of their relationships are really a Crab's greatest contributions to the game of love. It's no wonder Cancer's symbol is the 'crabby' scuttling Crab, for outbursts and flare-ups are common with this emotional crustacean. While their mood swings may injure each other's feelings, it's a Cancer's subtle mastery of the fine art of emotional manipulation that one should watch out for.
The Moon (Emotion) rules Cancer, and this Sign is sensitive to the moods that ebb and flow with the Moon's monthly cycles. The Moon, the maternal orb of the heavens, is the celestial force behind Cancer's great maternal and care-giving nature. The energy of this instinct creates a warm, secure home environment, a perfect love nest for the growing and cultivation of a healthy relationship.
Cancer is a Water Sign. Instinct and emotion drive this relationship. With these deep, intense intuitive powers comes a fragility, as Cancer's feelings are brittle and easily hurt. Hence, that Crabby shell in which they hide themselves when frightened or overwhelmed. So often retreating to their shells can put a strain on any relationship with a Cancer, but two Crabs together will hopefully be perceptive of each other's needs for personal space and temporary time-outs. The key is realizing that it's not a personal slight if one of these Cancers wants some alone-time. This Watery element of their nature can protect them and their loved ones from the harsh realities of the outside world.
Cancer is a Cardinal Sign. Though not the most physically active of the Signs, a Cancer's quick emotional reflexes and powers of perception offer an alternate line of defense under stress. The Crab is not shy about getting exactly what they want from their partner. The protecting feral beast within is the first emotional element to leap forward under stress or a threat to the pack. However, these bursts of emotion may overwhelm a Cancer and crush their tender feelings. Fierce loyalty binds this Cancer-Cancer love match, but it can also threaten its very existence. Both partners must always strive to see things from their lover's point of view as well as their own.
What's the best thing about the Cancer-Cancer love match? Their utter devotion to enriching their commitment and the strong emotional bond between them. Together, this pair will protect one another and keep their love safe from the outside world, as well as work toward creating a happy domestic life and nurturing a loving family.

it could, theoretically. If you both try hard, and make a resolve to make it work,it can. I am into astrology, and two cancers are very very difficult to make work, but it can work. My daughter is a cancer, and she is crabby alot too. get a book on astrology ( the bedside astrologer) is a good one too. Hope it works out!

Your signs are in conjunct (0° aspect) by sign. But we would need to determine if they were by degree as well. We would need full birth data for both people to calculate that. Place, date and exact times.
If they are conjunct by degree than here's an interpretation:
Sun conjunct Sun in synastry:
Your overall characteristics and energy levels are very similar. You strongly identify with each other and are very much alike in important ways. It is easy for you to be together because you do not have to explain yourselves to one another. An innate appreciation and understanding of one another's essence exists between you, and this is vitalizing and ego-affirming for both of you. However, you share the same flaws and weaknesses as well as the positive qualities, and you may find it difficult to be with someone who so clearly exhibits the very things you like least about yourself. The more you accept yourself, the more beneficial and delightful your relationship with one another is.
Any sign can be with any other sign! It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.
Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.
The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.
Sun sign horoscopes are absolutely inaccurate to determine compatibility between two people.

PCSO provides medicines and financial assistance. You need to write a personal letter address to the General Manager. You can check its official website. www.pcso.gov.ph . Aside from the letter you need to attach a letter coming from the social service of the hospital where your mom is confine or where she has her check up, endorsement letter from the City/Municipal Mayor and medical abstract from her attending physician.
A friend of mine who was granted 1M for his kidney transplant. His mom went to Manila where she submitted the requirements. Luckily, the resolution for the financial assistance was approved by the Directors of PCSO. Its better to submit it in Quezon City where the main office is. They usually give bigger amount compared in Cebu. You may also ask financial assistance from politicians. They also have funding in some hospital.
