Question: . i don't understand why! i been researching and stretching but that doesnt contribute to my growth. i am good looking, but relatively short. like 167cm at 20. my younger brother's13 and he's 163cm. is something wrong?

see growth is natural and there is no way to influence it. it largely depends on ur genes. Also a person grows till the age of 21. But 99% growth is achieved till 18. So i think u wont grow any further. And about ur situation well i am 19 and 5'9" whereas my brother is 15 and already 5'10" also his diet has always been less than mine at that age. But if u r ready to try anything for increasing ur height check this video. i am nt sure whether it works bcoz i havnt tried it . condition a): you didn't eat much protein around 13 to 15 years old. condition b): it's about your gene inside your body. I don't know specific answer but it depends on the condition above, since it's your body so you know yourself better.
