Most CCs have a department called Academic Learning Skills, or something similar. The courses in this department are designed to help people with problems like yours; topics include English Grammar and Sentence Writing, College Writing Fundamentals, Paragraph Writing, etc. I'd start there and see what you get. As part of their curriculum, you will probably be required to use the Writing Center at your CC, and that's a GREAT resource. The tutors and faculty that work there will help you out a LOT! The sole focus of their job is to help people from ALL levels of writing development, not just people who need brainstorming help, which seems to be the misconception. Give it a try! Good luck!

Do you ever go to the writing center? They can help you a lot with your spelling and grammar. If you think that your spelling and grammar is bad to the point were you can't take regular english classes, you can try taking a remedial english class. There is no shame in taking remedial classes. I have taken them before and I get a lot of A's in regular classes.

Do you have any friends who speak English? That would be the best way to do it because your friends would understand and not make fun of you in a way that makes you upset. If not jus go to chat rooms and chat with people.

Let me tell you something, from reading your question above, your English skills are far better than most of the "english speakers" that grew up in the states. Especially the ones posting here. Problem is, on here, everyone from the US assumes the poster is from the US (people don't quite yet grasp that the internet is global), and should write like it. (it IS possible to deduce that a poster is from the US by the context of the question - and those people are fair game). Your writing looks pretty good to me. Once you get here, people will hear an accent, and understand that English is not your first language. In your writing, they may also deduce that from your name, or a typical style. I wouldn't worry about it too much. But to really answer your question, I don't know what resources are available to you, so it's hard to give you a suggestion. Maybe you can read articles on the internet about English grammar and syntax. Wish I could tell you more.
