i have a good background in using windows xp pro but this problem nailed me down
i know what svchost.exe is about but the thing that it is supposed to be found under system32 ,, my question is is it possible for svchost.exe in program files unde the folder
(\Program Files\Internet Explorer) moreover in the same folder
(Program Files\Internet Explorer) there is a suspecious svchost.exe with the icon of a wordpad ????
check the link to c what am trying to explain and u will notice the INTERNET EXPLORER is under the name of IEXPLORE ?? is it normal ?
i used AVG anti virus, AVG anti spyware, SPYbot, online kaspersky, online F-secure all clean and nothing is found

This is Microsoft explaining svchost.exe. They also say it should be in system32. They also tell you about it. It runs .dlls that start programs so you may have malware.
svchost.exe is a system process belonging to the Microsoft Windows Operating System which handles processes executed from DLLs. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.
If you check the source below, you will see the various svchost.exe that you can find in any folder with description of each.
I would simply delete the one with the icon that looks like wordpad.
It's not in the correct location anyway.
Windows will create a new one if it need sit.
SVCHOST.exe does lots of things - one big time consumer is Automatic updates.
