I have dyslexia and ADHD I'm currently? Topic: Eating disorder thesis

Question: on four diferent types of medication so that I can focus better. I'm trying to do reaserch for my thesis and am finding it more and more difficult to concentrate and gather all my thoughts together. I don't want to skrew this up, I've worked so hard to get to where I'm at today. Please help me in finding a solution!?

Well done on getting this far. I have a theory that these disorders can often be diet related. Do you eat lots of processed ready-made, meals, or tinned and packeted food? Eat slow-energy releasing carbohydrates, such as potatoes, rice and pasta, as well as pleny fruit and veg. Avoid fizzy drinks and things with artificial flavours, sugar and colouring. As a teacher I have seen some kids' concentration radically improved by changes in their diet. Good luck.

can you write down thoughts as they come to you so you won't forget them and have to keep them all in your head. Don't try to concentrate for long periods of time..take breaks to give your mind some down time, do somthing mindless for a while, watch at TV sitcom or something. Can someone help you with finding the information you need. Maybe print out relevent things from the internet and then have someone else highlight the parts that pertain to your topic so you will not have to read through entire articles searching for specific info..then you can read through the parts only dealing with what you need and decide which info you will use.

wow...im sory i know how you feel i have adhd add depression extensive liver and kidney damage and a stomach ulcer...i only take herbal teas tho cuz i dont believe in unnatural stuff like that...try haveing a real good friend help you

uh oh... im most of these things. i dont know what ADHD is, but does it really matter? I mean like, wouldn't you rather not know? What's wrong with daydreaming and finding school boring?
